Welcome to Klassely. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting content, or otherwise using Klassely ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klassely.
You must have a valid Google account to sign in.
You must have at least one verified social media account on a supported platform.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where using this Platform is lawful.

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created automatically when you sign in via Google OAuth for the first time. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You agree that all information provided through your social accounts is accurate and current.

4. Creator Obligations

As a creator ("Clipper") on Klassely, you agree to:

Create original short-form content based on campaign source materials.
Only submit URLs from your own verified social media accounts.
Not use bots, fake engagement, or any artificial method to inflate view counts.
Not submit the same content to multiple campaigns unless explicitly allowed.
Comply with each platform's terms of service (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Keep submitted posts public and accessible for the duration of the campaign.

5. Campaign Participation

Joining a campaign is voluntary and does not guarantee earnings.
Earnings are calculated based on verified views at the rate specified per campaign.
Campaign budgets are capped. Once a campaign's budget is exhausted, no further earnings accrue.
Klassely reserves the right to modify, pause, or terminate campaigns at any time.

6. View Verification & Earnings

Views are verified through official platform APIs and are considered final.
Only views on approved submissions count toward earnings.
Klassely reserves the right to reject views that appear to be from bots or artificial sources.
Earnings are credited to your Klassely wallet after admin review.
Payouts are processed manually and are subject to our Payout Policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to inflate views or manipulate the Platform.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or earn unfairly.
Submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

8. Termination

Klassely may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

Any pending earnings may be forfeited if the violation involves fraud.
Accrued legitimate earnings in your wallet remain withdrawable for 30 days.
You may not re-register without written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

Campaign source materials remain the property of the brand/advertiser.
You retain ownership of your original content but grant Klassely a license to display and track it for campaign purposes.
Klassely's branding, design, and platform code are proprietary and may not be copied.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Klassely is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you earned through the Platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with applicable Indian law.

12. Changes to Terms

Klassely may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
