Payout Policy

This Payout Policy explains how creators earn, how earnings are verified, and how payouts are processed on Klassely. Please read this carefully before participating in campaigns.

1. How Earnings Work

• Each campaign specifies a per-view rate (e.g., ₹0.20 per verified view).
• You earn money based on the number of verified views your approved submission receives.
• Earnings accumulate until the campaign's total budget is exhausted.
• Only views counted after your submission is approved by the admin count toward earnings.

2. View Verification Process

• Views are fetched automatically from official platform APIs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) via a scheduled sync process.
• Views are updated periodically (typically every 6 hours).
• Only real, organic views count. Views from bots, click farms, or artificial engagement methods are excluded.
• Klassely's admin team reviews view patterns for anomalies before approving payouts.

3. Payout Approval (Manual Review)

All payouts are processed manually by the Klassely admin team. Here's how it works:

• Your submission's views and earnings are continuously tracked after approval.
• The admin periodically reviews each approved submission for view authenticity.
• If views appear legitimate, the admin approves the payout and credits your Klassely wallet.
• If views appear suspicious (bot activity, unusual spikes), the admin may reject the payout with a reason.
• Even after a payout rejection, your views continue to be tracked. If genuine views grow, the admin will review again.

Payout Rejection

If your payout is rejected:

• You will see a "Payout Rejected" notification in your Submissions page with the admin's reason.
• Your views are still being tracked in the background.
• If new genuine views are detected, the rejection flag is cleared and the admin reviews again.
• Common rejection reasons include: suspicious view patterns, bot-like engagement, or violation of platform terms.

4. Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Processing time: Within 24 hours of request (business days).
• Supported methods:
  • UPI: Any UPI-supported app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20) or BTC
• You must have at least one verified social media account to request a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed manually by the admin team.

5. Wallet System

• Your Klassely wallet has two balances:
  • Available Balance: Funds ready for withdrawal.
  • Pending Balance: Earnings from approved submissions awaiting admin payout review.
• When a payout is approved by admin, funds move from Pending to Available.
• Withdrawals deduct from your Available Balance.

6. Campaign Budget Caps

• Each campaign has a maximum budget set by the brand.
• Once the total payouts for a campaign reach its budget cap, no further earnings accrue for any submission in that campaign.

7. Fraud Prevention

Klassely takes fraud prevention seriously:

• Automated systems detect unusual view patterns (sudden spikes, geographic anomalies, etc.).
• Manual admin review catches patterns that automated systems might miss.
• Accounts found using bots, fake engagement, or view manipulation will be permanently banned with all earnings forfeited.
• Submitting content from unverified or borrowed accounts is a violation.

8. Tax & Compliance

• Creators are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on their earnings as required by their local tax laws.
• Klassely may issue earnings statements for your records upon request.
• For Indian creators: TDS may apply as per Indian Income Tax regulations for earnings exceeding applicable thresholds.

9. Disputes

• If you believe your earnings or views are incorrect, contact us within 14 days of the discrepancy.
• Disputes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis with data from platform APIs.
• View counts from official platform APIs are considered the authoritative source.

10. Changes to Payout Policy

Klassely may update this Payout Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued participation in campaigns constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
