- Your Google account name and email address.
- Your Google profile picture URL.
- A unique Google account identifier.

- Social media account URLs and platform usernames (via Settings).
- Withdrawal details: UPI ID or cryptocurrency wallet address.
- Clip submission URLs.
- Any messages or communications you send to us.
1.3 Information Collected Automatically
- IP address and approximate geographic location.
- Browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform.
- Social media post view counts (via platform APIs, for verified submissions only).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your Klassely account.
- Verify your social media accounts for campaign eligibility.
- Track and verify views on your submitted content.
- Calculate and process your earnings and payouts.
- Detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, and abuse.
- Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and payouts.
- Improve the Platform's features and user experience.
3. Information We Share
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:
- Campaign brands/advertisers: Aggregated, anonymized performance data (e.g., total views). Your personal details are never shared with brands.
- Payment processors: Your UPI ID or crypto wallet address, solely for processing withdrawals.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Service providers: Trusted hosting and infrastructure providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements.
4. Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Withdrawal records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
- Submission and view data is retained for the lifetime of the associated campaign plus 1 year.
- Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

- HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
- Secure password hashing for any stored credentials.
- CSRF token protection on all forms.
- Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
