• Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform.
• Social media post view counts (via platform APIs, for verified submissions only).

• Create and manage your Klassely account.
• Verify your social media accounts for campaign eligibility.
• Track and verify views on your submitted content.
• Calculate and process your earnings and payouts.
• Detect and prevent fraud, bot activity, and abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account, campaigns, and payouts.
• Improve the Platform's features and user experience.

3. Information We Share

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data in the following limited circumstances:

• Campaign brands/advertisers: Aggregated, anonymized performance data (e.g., total views). Your personal details are never shared with brands.
• Payment processors: Your UPI ID or crypto wallet address, solely for processing withdrawals.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Service providers: Trusted hosting and infrastructure providers who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active.
• Withdrawal records are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Submission and view data is retained for the lifetime of the associated campaign plus 1 year.
• Upon account deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
